My July Bday Trip

Finally after much procrastination, i finally done up the photos for my Bday trip... There's still quite alot actually hehe... =)

July's getaway with my love was a fab trip... My dearie, Mr Ang planned a surprise bday trip for me to the "Summer Holiday" paradise... Puala Redang... So off we go for a 3D2N trip...

Day 1

After 12 plus hrs of coach ride and ferry, we finally reached.
Though tired, the great weather and the beautiful beach compliment everything...



The room was not ready for check-in so we checked out the place and had our lunch first...




After checking-in, we dumped our bags and off we go for our snorkelling trip...



Dinner was bbq buffet but it was not really up to our expectation, maybe our expectation was set too high... Nevertheless it was not really that bad la...



After the dinner, we strolled along the beach... Enjoying the chilly sea breeze, taking photos with the "More More tea" house, simply juz enjoying the night.

Then it was back to our room, sat at our balcony enjoying our wine, eating sunflower seeds, chit chatting... Nice~



Day 2

It's my Bday... Happi bDay to me!!!! Hehe

Dragged ourselves out of the comfy bed early morning... and we were just in time for an American style breakfast... with servings of breads, cerals, sausages,eggs and bacons... Yummy....

Too bad we do not have much time to enjoy it...

Was rushing for the morning boat out for snorkelling again...


The bread was actually meant for feeding the fishes hehe...

Back to the resort, and laze at the pool side after snorkelling before going for lunch...
After lunch, back to room for a short rest and then back again at the beach to enjoy the warmth blazing sun...



So... we spent the entire afternoon basking under the sun... Enjoying the sea breeze... playing with the huge waves, flipping through my book and catching a nap... Shiok... Hmmm this is what i called a holiday... =)


Well it's time for dinner AGAIN hahaha... So we went back to wash up and change...



Had a stroll along the beach again after dinner;

We settled down at the deck chairs along the beach looking at the stars and Mr Ang got a bday cake for me... So we spent the night eating my cake, drinking wine and dancing on the sand along with the music coming from the beach bar... Sweet ~ =)

Day 3

Was dragged out of bed @ 630am just to catch the sunrise and breakfast with the perfect seats...

After breakfast, it was time to go home... Bathed, packed and waited for the ferry...
It was a long journey back...



Well it's back to reality...
It's really amazing how times flies when u are truly enjoying yourself...

National Day

It's a public holiday

Sales Retreat 08

Well, i have moved back to tiong since last week... Kinda missed the ppl over at Bukit Merah...
Especially Jane (though we still see each other very often), Mark, Annie and even the cisco...
They are all very nice and funny people... Really miss them very much

Health has not been good since i changed branch... Been on sick leave for quite sometime...
I think is because of the place haha... "Air" not good...

Was over at Malaysia JB Palm Resort last weekend...
It's my company annual sales retreat...









Work more fun becoz of them... Hehe
Most of us got wasted that night... All thanks to the beer, liqour and wines =p

The next day, after the event, my dear sweetie, Mr Ang, came in to fetch me
Shopped around in JB, but have to leave early due to me not feeling well...
Feel so bad, coz i think he intend to bring me to have seafood dinner...
Hmm... We go another day k... with the GPS hehe =)

Fish Spa

I was over at Chinatown for RS just now (ya i need to work on Sunday),
during break, one of my co-workers, suggested to go for this fish therapy at People's Park 3rd floor...




In case you duno what's that... All these little fishes will eat up your dead skins when u put your legs/hands in... Interesting right... They are garra rufa species origin from turkey...

Been wanting to try this for a long time... But the sentosa one was quite expensive...
For this, it only costs $10 for 10mins...

It feels very itchy at first... But after awhile it feels quite good and shiok...
After that, we both felt that our skin was smoother... hehe

Acupuncture / Meet-up

Mr Ang brought me to a Chinese physician last week on tuesday…
Maybe it’s my sleeping position; My neck was hurting very badly that few days...

It was quite a nightmare…
I always dread at the thought of going to dentist but guess going to Chinese
physician is also quite scary sometimes...

The physician said needs to do acupuncture to relax the muscles therefore she started poking needles at me… After that she turned and twisted my neck…
I almost cried… Terrible…
And that stupid Mr Ang still tried to take photos of me suffering there...

Well, at least I can turn my head abit when I’m out of there... But i seriously dun like it...

Met up with Michelle, Goli and frenz last wed for dinner and drinks
It's been quite awhile since we last got together… The last time should be 3-4mths back...

We had dinner @ Vivo followed by drinks at PowerHouse…
As my neck was still hurting me…
I can only sit down, drink and people-watched…
I can’t even talk too loudly… Hmmm.....

It makes us felt rather old sitting down drinking Martell haha=p

Farewell~

Yesterday, was one of my best buddy last day at work...
Finally he's going to move on... Good for him...

We had his farewell party at wine network last night.
Actually it's just an excuse to go for a drink hahahaha

He's my talk-cock buddy when we were in tiong, and my drinking, mj, gym whatever kaki...
We do have lots of fun together during these 2years and i gonna miss him...

Recently, i start to become more heath-conscience...
Realised that the older u get, the more problems your body will be giving you...
Like recently, my legs has been aching frequently... Hmm sign of getting old!!!

So i decide to do something…

Drink more milk!!!
I think i need more calcium... Haha wonder if its too late for me to start...
But then better start late than never right...

Sweetie phyllis, pass me a pack of calcium pills today for me to try also...

She said it's good for the bones... So sweet of her...
But the idea of popping pills everyday, kinda scare me...

Well, i got Regina to get me some supplements also from Japan as their prices is so much cheaper compared to here in Sin... =)

Another step forward to healthy lifestyle haha ~ like real =p

Wedding

It was a busy busy week for me... Busy with what i also not that sure...
And before i knew it, it's the weekends again... =)

Just an update for last Sunday, as i mentioned it was my dear Serene's big day...

It was a busy day for me as i'm one of her 9 sisters!!! and also the receptionist together with Regina and Xuehui for the dinner... =)

Was really happy to see them finally going through the traditional ceremony (They had their ROM in 2006). Looking at her wearing her beautiful wedding grown sitting in her room waiting for dong gu = her boy to come fetch her... I'm almost teared... With joy of course...

To think that i know her for almost 10years already.
It's seems like just yesterday that we were still back in our secondary school days... =)
