Las Vegas

This is my fourth time in Vegas... And i still love this place to the max...

There's just soo much to do here not only casinos... the shoppings... the crowds...

From morning to night... 24hr entertainment... Haha bet u will love this place too...

Well for the first two mornings... We went down to the Fashion outlets for

shopping...

Around noon, we were at the Strip. Most of the largest hotels and casino are located

on The Strip and it's probably ard 4miles long...

First stop was to Caesars Palace... Their Forum Shops can reali shop till u drop... I

guarantee... Hehehe they have almost all the brands here... And not to forget my

fav Abercrombie and Juicy Couture... this is the best place for people

and celebrity watching too.... Too bad i didn't see Brad Pitt or J.Lo there... =p

After tat we head down the Strip

This is the new Donald Trump Hotel... Almost done... I think it's pretty cool

"Wynn" This is my sis's fav.... It looks cool though

There is this new hotel called Planet Holleywood which was formly

Aladdin... Their shopping mall "Mircale Mile shop" is said to be ard 1mile long and

they have the brand H&M there!!!... My sis intro me to this brand...

Well they do have nice clothings... =)

But we didnt manage to finish the whole stretch coz by tat time my poor legs were

hurting me.

So we stopped by Paris Paris for cocktail... Well i got a miniture Paris in my hand hehe...

By the time we were done with all the shopping, it's sunset...

I always think Vegas is most pretty at night...

Was at Bellagio waiting to see the musical fountain show....

Too bad due to strong winds the show was cancelled...

This time round... We didnt even been to Venetian and Circus Circus because they are

further down the strip... Sadz... Coz i really love Venetian and their gondola

rides... You will loved it too... Well at least it may make u feel as though u are

in Venice... But then everyone was so tired by then... And dad keep saying it's not

as though we never been there before... So no choice...

Back At Caesars Palace for more shopping and dinner... Haha

Oki... I'm offically broke....

Lake Tahoe

Well on Fri.. i finally see the lake hehe and it's freezing there...

Anyway this lake is the largest freshwater lake in US... Super beautiful...

The pine here is super big and pretty too...

On our way down to Vegas and it took us 10hrs!!!!!!!! Coz dad was stopping along the

way taking pictures... Nice view along the way...

We detour down to Death Valley

This is an interesting place... As this is Amercia's hottest and lowest place...

We r probably ard 300 feet below sea level and Badwater Basin is North America's

lowest point. It's an interesting sight... and yes the

temperature there was scorching hot even though it's going to be winter...

It is said to be the hottest place on earth when it's summer time...

But i think this valley is a nice place to trek and explore...

The heat and constant winds cause water to

evaporate leaving behind minerals, mostly salts tat's

y part of the valley looks like it's been snowing... cause it white mah.

After all the journey... Finally i'm at Vegas... Super tired... But was drag

down to the casino by mum... Haii ended up stil lose $$$.... Argh...

SF

2nd stop San Fransico

Well I loved this place.

Loved the weather, the houses, the scenery... hehehehe though the roads here are

terrible... All up-slopes and down-slopes... Reali amazed at the ppl who stayed

here... Going up and down everyday... But SF is reali a very nice place...

Check-in at the hotel then we started our tour ard the town....

Starbucks was "shiok"... Well it do taste better compared in Sin hahaha





Well we were at Lombard St "the Crookest street". There's a funny sight here...

A limo was stuck in the middle of the road. And guess wat there's tons of ppl

there taking photo of it... Me included hahahaha... Well at least the driver was

so sporting... Posing for all the ppl to take photo... Super funny.... Dun

understand how he ended up there... Maybe he trying to test his driving skills,

but he forgot he driving a LIMO!!!!! In the end cause a big jam.

Was there for almost 15mins and we left for Fishermans Wharf... It was located near

the coast.... Wonder how long tat driver takes to get out of that street....


There's this stupid guy.... Holding some branches of leaves hiding behind it...

Trying to scare ppl... Though it's stupid but Hahahaha it's super funny... Seeing

ppl reaction... Juz like the tv program "Just for Laugh"...

Oh there's this old prison located on a small island... Oppsite the pier... Prison

of Alcatraz where they kept the most notorious prisoners... It is said to have

sharks around the island to prevent prisoners from escaping... And no one

manage to escape except one guy... Sounds like Prison of Azkaban (if u

read Harry potter, u will know hahaha) Interesting though...

Now this is a tourist attractions.

Further up was Pier 39... Resting area for sea lions...The sea lions camping out

there are labeled as "Sea Lebrities." It is said that these boisterous

barking sealions started arriving in droves, taking over the docks in January

1990 shortly after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. Each winter, the

population can increase up to 900 sea lions. Hahaha i cant imagine seeing 900

sealions together... Must be super noisy...

Dinner was spent at Chinatown... and it's freezing by the time it's sunset...



2nd day

Dad decided to challenge the crookest street... so off we go... hehehe full marks...

Went down to the Golden Gate Bridge (But the gate is not golden for ur info)...

Nice view... You can also cycle up to tour ard the bridge... too bad we dun have

much time...

Speed checked by radar... Well i think it's cool... hahahaha

Had Dim Sum for lunch in Chinatown and it's good but expensive!!!!!!!!!

Off to Lake Tahoe...

Passby a few town on the way..... Drop by a town called Sacramento... Juz to go

Hard Rock for souvenirs and not to forgot the factory outlet...

Yeah! i finally brought my burberry scarf... and it's super cheap.... =)

After 5hrs... We reached and it's freezing cold at Lake Tahoe.. It was snowing

the night before therefore we manage to catch a small area of

snow... Check-in at a hotel and it's which reminds me of the movie "Vacancy" i

watched with Andy... Scary though... Super desserted...

Dinner was at the Harrah's casino 10mins walk frm our hotel...

Well as usual mum was attacking the jackpot machine and she even gave me

$$$ to ask me to help her play... So i ended up on a table playing blackjack...

At least i won abit hahaha...

Mm although i'm at lake tahoe now... i haven yet see the LAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!
